1. Appointment Bookings
Submitting an online form does not constitute a guaranteed appointment slot. Slots are pending until verified and manually confirmed by our clinic coordinators via phone call or WhatsApp.
2. Online Promotional Pricing
Promotional pricing (such as the online booking discount) is only applicable for appointments scheduled and verified through our website tools. Walk-in pricing may vary.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours of advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to other patients in need.
4. Treatment Results
Every dental treatment depends on individual patient physiology. While Dr. Priyanka Gaba leverages advanced technology and specialization to ensure optimal results, clinical results can vary.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, website access, or clinic treatments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
